Downgrades..denial a signficant negative, says Credit Suisse
Credit Suisse said the WASC denial of Ashford University accreditation is a significant negative surprise and increases longer-term regulatory and earnings/cash flow risks. Shares are Neutral rated with a $15 price target, down from $20.
Bridgepoint Education downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Barrington
Barrington downgraded Bridgepoint Education citing short-term uncertainty after its Ashford University was denied WASC accreditation.
