|My math shows some pretty amazing numbers...see here.|
FUTL bought 20% of Apotheca Biosciences 6 months ago (9/15/2017)..payment was $100,000 note.
FUTL annouced today that Apotheca Biosciences had been sold thru a merger agreement and the payment to FUTL for their 20% is 12,000,000 shrs of PCFP common stock (the acquiring co.).
PCFP stock is .41 cents a share give or take.
.41 X 12,000,000 = $4,900,000-$100,000 (cost) = $4,800,000 profit.
Latest filing for FUTL shows they have 2 billion shares outstanding*.
$4,800,000/2billion shares = .0024 per share.
The ask for a share of FUTL is .0004
.0024/.0004 = 6
In other words the $ value to FUTL received from this deal is 6 times the market cap of FUTL.
I know there are other things to consider but this appears to be big news no matter how you look at it.
*per sec filing 9/30/2017
Please feel free to check my math....
