South Korea has banned all forms of initial coin offerings in the country https://goo.gl/2qKMxa 2% drop.

South Korea bans ICO due to scams activities in the country would that ban be temporary or can be permanent, is it their inefficiency to operate or coins are the culprits, who you think would be the next country to take the initiative?
