If you mean sort TVIX, only if you think the senate health care bill has a chance of passing, that is why the market is reeling. So much of the rally is based on the idea Trump can get major legislation passed. Look at what happened last time they failed on the health care bill. Right now it is simple to read the news and realize history is about to repeat itself. The bill has 17% support with the public, zero support with democratic senators, and at least 12 republican senators who are unlikely to vote for it. The market is in trouble if this bill does not pass, not to mention we are overdue for a correction anyway.

If you mean short the market, seems like a decent risk reward here.
