If you were already registered on CNBC or didn't read the rules and you used an alias you are done. Plus they also are checking insider trading. I'm sure the fact that SYKE was the #2 stock picked out of over 200K people the day of earnings after a big daily gain and then it ends up the biggest percentage winner the next day will raise some ewyebrows for sure.
